The Biden-Bush Hypocrisy

Republicans display their hypocrisy yet again. I honestly feel sympathy for George W. Bush with regards to one incident, in which he falsely claimed to have seen the first plane hit the North Tower, and has forever been taunted with idiotic claims of, "Bush did 9/11." This was attributable to a psychological lapse that results in people remembering things that never happened, and virtually everyone with a mind that isn't a steel trap has experienced something similar. As they should, Republicans have defended him, and I will be the first to defend him.

Joe Biden had 2 brain aneurysms in the 1980s for which he had operations. Admirably, he returned to balancing being a father and a senator. During the election, he claimed an arrest that did not happen, and I will be the first to admit that he is not the most eloquent of speakers. However, there's a difference between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. Joe Biden has dedicated his life to community service, working as a lawyer, county councilman, senator, vice president. He passed legislation to create the sex offender registry, create a domestic abuse hotline, create a three-strikes law for violent and sexual felons, and ban assault rifles for 10-years, saving hundreds of thousands of people from being victimized by crime. As VP, he was the leading voice for legalizing gay marriage and also helped preserve the environment and give millions access to healthcare. He founded a charity to save people from the same brain tumor that took his son Beau, working with John McCain's daughter Meghan, and taught law before running in 2020. Donald Trump has been the subject of 3 civil rights lawsuits and 2 fraud lawsuits. He had his university and charity shut down for fraud and personal use of funds, and he spent his life on TV running the business his father handed to him. He had affairs with porn stars, got divorced twice from women he cheated on, and skated by paying almost nothing in taxes. Joe Biden speaks for the people and not multibillionaire friends, and he never yields his principles, while Trump says whatever he thinks will get him elected.

Joe Biden has a vision to move the nation forward, to save its soul. Donald Trump and the GOP can do nothing but deflect blame for the destruction they have wrought for the past 4 years.
