Linkin Park Surpasses 10 Billion Views On YouTube

       Linkin Park's musical journey has been a complex and emotional one. From their early days of rap rock and nu metal to their transition to experimental rock, their controversial and successful switch to industrial and electronic rock, their "prequel" hard rock work, and their somber, reflective finale.      Their YouTube channel, though, has been relatively stable. It is merely one part of their engagement online, which is among the largest of any artist of any genre in the world. With nearly 18 million channel subscribers and "Numb" and "In The End" both accumulating over a billion views apiece, they hit a huge but not unexpected milestone on April 21st: their YouTube channel hit 10 billion views.      While this is not seen as news nearly as big as an album chart position or the views on an individual video, it is noteworthy.      Franklin D. Roosevelt defined the modern presidency, one of centralized executive power and prestige. During his time in office, he signed a record 3,522 executive orders, or nearly daily during his 12-year presidency. Among his actions were declaring a bank holiday and implementing financial trade measures, effectively bringing an end to the bank panic that caused the Great Depression. Signed within his earliest days in office, these orders created the "First 100 Days" by which presidents are frequently judged.      Roosevelt's controversial Judicial Procedures Reform Bill of 1937, which would have allowed him to appoint six new Supreme Court justices, failed to gain enough support to pass. He had attempted to do this as the court struck down several New Deal programs.
