Pence's Political Prospects Are Zilch

Indiana Republicans don't have too much political luck. Benjamin Harrison won the White House after losing the popular vote in 1888 and lost outright in his 1892 reelection bid. Dan Quayle could not spell "potato." Now, we add Mike Pence to the list.

The former U.S. representative and governor of Indiana bet his political future as second-in-command to Donald Trump. Now, those in the GOP who want to disavow Trump and those eternally loyal to Orange Julius Caesar share a common thread: they don't like Mike Pence. He is either too loyal to Trump or not loyal enough, depending on the camp.

The GOP cannot and will not put Mike Pence in the White House, and his career as a politician has come to an end after two decades.
