     He is facing criminal investigations in Georgia, Washington, D.C., and New York.

     He is facing civil suits in Illinois, Washington, D.C., and numerous other states.

     Yes, he spoke at CPAC, but he has sent cease-and-desist letters to Republican fundraising groups.

     He has begun urging supporters to donate to his PAC.

     If he runs in 2024, he will not run for the Republican Party.

     If he ran for the Republican Party, moderate elements would never back him.

     Either way, he could never get enough votes to defeat Joe Biden in 2024.

     That is only possible if he doesn't get convicted of a felony in the next three years.

     No, Trump will not win in 2024.

     I sincerely hope his supporters get behind him and sink the GOP.
